In will battle, Marshalls may win
In the case of Anna Nicole Smith inheritance battle, the verdict may get in favor of E. Pierce Marshall’s widow, the mother of two sons. The court discovered that the billionaire J. Howard Marshall was mentally fit when he gave the fortune to his son.
In Houston probate court, Smith challenged the will saying the son forced his father to make changes in the will and to exclude her.
