The “Friends” cast may reunite for a silver screen outing.

According to newspaper reports, David Schwimmer and Jennifer Aniston have both expressed in the project which would make each of the six lead cast members £10 million richer.

Even though Friends series ended in 2004 after a ten year run, TV bosses finally realized there’s a lot of potential left in the characters, as well as tons of ever fresh jokes and never-ending collisions.

Jennifer Aniston, Matthew Perry, CourtneyCox, Matt LeBlanc, Lisa Kudrow and David Schwimmer can also expect hefty fees even exceeding those they pocketed for series episodes.

Aniston - who recently split from Hollywood heavyweight Brad Pitt - and Schwimmer are reportedly seriously considering the offer. The paper quotes an insider as saying: “Although the cast have gone their different ways, none of them has quite repeated the success they had with Friends.

“And while ‘Friends’ may be over as a television entity, there are many who have believed for some time that people had not quite had enough of them just yet.â€?

The source added of Schwimmer, who is starring in London’s West End: “In between rehearsals, David has been on the phone constantly to thrash out a deal to get ‘Friends’ turned into a movie.”

When Schwimmer was recently asked about the possibility of a ‘Friends’ movie, he revealed: “Talk to me again in 20 years. If I’m on really hard times, maybe I’ll be pitching one.” Last night a spokeswoman for the actor said: “We have no comment to make about this.” Agents for the rest of the cast were also unavailable.
