The 27-year-old dancer has been unemployed for the majority of his whirlwind courtship and one-year marriage to the Pop singer.

Kevin Federline has been recruited as a dance instructor at dance school of Darrin Henson.

Darrin Henson is a well known choreographer, who used to work for Spears, ‘N Sync and Jennifer Lopez, and has recently branched out into an acting and directing career.

Interestingly, Federline gets the job only a month before his pregnant wife gives birth to their first child together.

Earlier this year, it was rumoured Britney - who is heavily pregnant with the couple’s first child - was clamping down on Kevin’s spending habits.

A source revealed to New York Daily News newspaper at the time: “Kevin’s on a leash. He’s been spending too much, flaunting his new American Express black card. She told him, ‘We have bills to pay, this stuff adds up.’ “He spends money like it’s water, has no job to speak of, and I think Britney’s starting to wake up and realise it.”

Meanwhile, Federline might not be married to the singer, because British TV presenter Richard Bacon says he might still be legally married to Britney Spears.

The Pop Princess agreed to marry Bacon in a ceremony presided over by a Vicar during an interview in 2002 on the show The Big Breakfast.
