Jennifer Lopez is apparently trying to satisfy her maternal desires by insisting to be called mom.

Earlier this month the Latino beauty sparked rumours, she was about to become a real life mother after she was spotted shopping for baby clothes at Beverly Hills store Petite Tresor.

This time the Latin diva has confessed she asks her employees to address her as ‘Mom‘ because she feels so maternal to them all. “Everybody calls me Mom in my real life - everybody who works for me. I guess I’m just a caretaker,” she was quoted as saying.

Jennifer, who is married to singer Marc Anthony, also reportedly played mother to her 14-year-old co-star Becca Gardner in new movie ‘An Unfinished Life‘.

“I’m your mom and I’m going to take care of you,” she is said to have told the teenaged star.
