Katie Holmes the Batman Begins actress, who is engaged to Hollywood star Tom Cruise, wants to be known by the name ‘Kate Cruise’, after her marriage to the superstar.

Holmes is reportedly planning to take actors name both personally and professionally, when she exchanges vows with her fiancé.

“Tom calls her Kate, so he suggested she start going by that professionally,” a source was quoted as saying.

Nicole Kidman and Mimi Rogers, both Cruise’s ex-wives did not adopted his name after tying the knot with the ‘Mission Impossible’ star but Katie would like to go by the name.
