Paris Hilton who recently called off her engagement to fiance Paris Latsis still seems besotted with him, though in a more platonic way.

The 24-year-old blonde called time on her romance with the Greek shipping heir because she wasn’t ready for marriage, “I’m sad to announce that I’ve called off my engagement. Over the last couple of months I’ve realised that this is the right decision for me.”

Having finally decided that the time was not ripe for her to take serious wedding vows, she has now spilled the beans on how much she still loves him for the way he has always treated her, and that she now wants to take him on as a business partner in a movie making venture.

“I love Paris. He is my best friend, and it will be that way forever. This man treated me as no man ever has,” “Latsis is a great guy, and we will handle this with dignity and respect,” she was quoted as saying. “We will also be business partners and have movies in the works,” she added.

Earlier, Hilton revealed the reasons for her decision to call off her proposed wedding with her long-term boyfriend, saying that she did not want to face the consequences of rushing into marriage too early.

“I feel I’m just not ready for marriage. I have seen the breakups between people who love each other and rush into getting married too quickly - and I do not want to make that mistake,” she said.
