Pop Singer Madonna has reportedly claimed that she has no regrets about her “Sex” book because the scandal raised by the controversial writing helped her become stronger and more confident about herself.

The erotic book, ‘Sex’, photographed by Steven Meisel, was released October 21, 1992 and sold for 49.95 dollars each.

The book, which is full of hot pictures of the star dressed in provocative underwear, stunned fans and fuelled her critics. However, the singer insists that the book is part of who she really is today and making those photos helped her evolve as a person.

“I struggle with it. I go back and forwards. There’s a part of me that thinks if I hadn’t done that, there would have been so much s**t I wouldn’t have had to take. On the other hand I don’t know it sort of turned me into a renegade, albeit unwittingly. It certainly made me stronger.

It was part of my journey so I can’t regret it because it has lead to where I am now,” she was quoted as saying.
