Former Baywatch babe Pamela Anderson has obtained a three-year restraining order against a man she fears is stalking her. Anderson is “very happy” with the judge’s ruling that William Peter Stansfield, 29, must stay away from her and her family.

The actress claimed in her court filing that the actions of Stansfield, “frightened (her) tremendously.” Among other complaints, Anderson accused him of stalking and harassing her, her sons and other family members for more than a month.

Superior Court Judge Linda K. Lefkowitz said the actress’s claims against Stansfield were “sufficient, clear and convincing” enough to grant the order.

In court documents, the blonde beauty says the man approached her mother, her sister-in-law and even her babysitter, which “frightened her tremendously.” Pamela also claims to have seen Stansfield talking to her seven-year-old son, Dylan, at his school.

But when she confronted him, he told her to leave her TV show ‘Stacked’ and star in a film he had written instead. Pamela revealed, “I was very uncomfortable and immediately told him to leave us alone, and my sons and I left the school.”

“My children were very frightened and upset by this confrontation and did not understand why this man was at their school talking to them. There was absolutely no reasons for Mr. Stansfield to be anywhere near my sons’ school,” she added.

Neither Anderson nor Stansfield was in court for the verdict, which prevents Stansfield from contacting Anderson and her family. However, Anderson’s lawyer, John Gatti said he was pleased with the ruling.

John Gatti said, “Ms Anderson rightfully is a concerned parent. She’s concerned for the safety of her children and other children at the school. This was improper conduct at the school and it’s the kind of conduct that goes way beyond the bounds of decency.”
