Following a British tabloid report that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have been married in a secret Buddhist ceremony the stars’ publicists has come forward to deny vehemently the story.

The Daily Star ran photos along with a story claiming Pitt and Jolie were married in a Buddhist ceremony attended by a few family and friends and that Brad Pitt has been sporting a wedding ring.

The tabloid report said the couple plan to go public with their marital status after going through a legal ceremony.

However, Cindy Guagenti, Brad’s spokeswoman has branded the story a crock of shit. She said the photo was actually from a scene out of their recent movie, Mr. and Mrs. Smith.

She is reported as saying the story was “completely not true” before adding, “there is simply no truth to this whatsoever.”
